BG Capital Management invests in fee interests of apartment communities from 150 to 300 units primarily located in the Southeastern United States including mid-state Florida. Depending on market cycles, we search for the most compelling opportunities to earn a return above market expectations by adding value to our property through capital improvements, superior management and careful and through analysis of property potential.
We carefully consider when to return capital to investors by refinancing the property or selling the fee interest. We are sensitive to market conditions, future cash flow potential and tax considerations. Our typical hold time per acquisition is between 3 and 10 years from the date of purchase.
